UrbanLeaf group was founded by a group of young talented professionals with illustrious records. The Urbanleaf group works in the domain of providing turnkey civil construction services, consultancy services including drone and satellite based surveys with GIS analytics. We have two in house manufacturing units of modular furniture systems and UPVC door and window systems.

As part of the UrbanLeaf group, our firm T. I. Engineering Services is specialized in EPC construction projects particularly Institutional and University buildings including student accommodation hostels.

Effcorp is modular furniture manufacturing arm of the group specializing in Institutional furniture solution, corporate interiors and Door & Windows.

UrbanLeaf also works as the consultancy arm of the group taking up diverse projects ranging from architecture to pan city urban infrastructure projects. Our forays include niche segments like Drone, DGPS and Satellite based surveys clubbed with a state of the art in house Analytics team providing output using latest technology.

Looking at the trust reposed by the clients and growing market footprints, we decided to move ahead and are now working in 10 states across India - Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharashtra and Gujarat. We are working for marquee clients like EMAAR (dubai based), Experion Developers (Sinagpore based), Surbana Jurong (Sinagpore Based), IL&FS, DRAIPL, Government of Gujarat, Government of Rajasthan, Medical Colleges in Katihar and Madhubani, 5 Star Hotel by BURLLP in Kolkata etc
